•March 15th System Storage Check
–System storage < 31 MAF, no navigation service, otherwise minimum service levels until ~ May 7.

•May 1st Runoff Forecast and System Storage Check
–Runoff forecast < 20 MAF or system storage < 58 MAF, no spring rise.  Summer releases based upon tern and plover operations set by the March 15th system storage check.
–
•July 1st System Storage and Season Length Check
–System storage > 59 MAF (full service) or < 55 MAF (minimum service) following end of tern and plover nesting season.
–Prorated service level between 59 MAF to 55 MAF.
–System storage > 51.5 MAF (8 month season) or < 42 MAF (6 month season).
–Prorated season length between 51.5 MAF to 42 MAF.
